Questions about a guide, a correction, a broken link, or a topic you wish we covered — we read every note.
A Nanny on the Net is an independent informational resource. We cannot place caregivers, review applications, or recommend specific agencies or candidates — for the hiring process itself, the family guide and FAQ are the right starting points. For everything else about the site, the form below reaches us.
What we love to hear about
- Corrections — a rule that changed, a broken outbound link, a number that aged out. Childcare guidance decays quietly; readers who flag it keep these pages trustworthy for everyone.
- Topic requests — if you searched this site for an answer and left without one, that gap is exactly what we want to know about. Several of our most-read guides began as a visitor's question.
- Experience reports — families and caregivers occasionally write to tell us how a hiring process or a live-in arrangement actually went. Those letters sharpen the advice here more than anything else we read.
Before you write
A quick map of where the most common questions are already answered: wages and benefits live in the hiring FAQ; employer obligations and the nanny tax in the pay & tax FAQ; interview question banks in the interviewing guide; and contract clauses in the work agreement guide. If your question is urgent and concerns a child's health or safety, please contact your pediatrician or local emergency services right away — never wait on a website reply.
A note on response topics: we are not able to give individual legal, tax, or medical advice. For those questions, the authorities linked throughout our guides — and on the resources page — are the right doors to knock on.
