Our goal is to assist you in finding a qualified person who satisfies the personal requirements for you and your family. As a safeguard to bringing a new person into your lives, we conduct an interview and run a background check including:

• State and Federal criminal background checks
• Driving reportCredit Check for Bankruptcy
• Address Verification

Our Nannies have:

• Minimum of 3-5 years of childcare experienceClean background
• CPR/First Aid certified

In addition to helping you locate the ideal Nanny to join your family, we here at A Nanny On The Net also guides you through the legal and financial aspects of having a nanny.

We provide info on:

• Nanny Payroll and tax servicesNanny employment contract (good for a year with an option to renew.)

Our Guarantee For Permanent Placements:

A Nanny On the Net is pleased to offer a 6 month guarantee for permanent placements. Should the Nanny placement not work out within the first 6 months of the original contract, A Nanny On The Net will provide a replacement Nanny at no additional charge to the family.
